Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Astra Wren, we want every shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. That’s why we offer a customer-friendly return and exchange policy designed with your convenience in mind.

📢  Important Notice: To be eligible for any return, the issue with the product must be identified and shown to the delivery person on the spot. Returns raised after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.

💸  Product Return Policy

Every Astra Wren product is authentic and manufactured in our own production facility — we stand behind the quality of everything we sell with 100% confidence.

Please review the following guidelines:

●  If an incorrect or defective product is delivered due to an error on our part, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

●  If the issue arises from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong size selected), a full return will not be accepted. However, the customer may exchange it for another product of their choice — return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

●  Products will not be accepted for return simply due to a change of preference or without a valid reason.

●  For any return or exchange resulting from customer error, all applicable delivery charges must be covered by the customer.

●  Upon delivery, please inspect the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Any defect or issue must be identified and reported on the spot, and the item returned to the delivery person immediately.

●  Once the delivery person has departed, no complaints or return requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

💸  Payment Policy for Returns

The following conditions apply for all return requests:

1.  Any defect or issue must be identified and reported in the presence of the delivery person before a return can be initiated.

2.  The applicable delivery charge must be paid before the return is processed. Failure to do so will render the return request invalid.

3.  Delivery charges can be paid conveniently via cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other supported mobile money transfer application.

⚠️  Return or exchange requests must be raised immediately upon receiving the product — no exceptions.

⚠️  Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

⚠️  Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
