2. Products & Pricing

1.  Product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on our website are as accurate as possible; however, we cannot be held responsible for any unintentional errors.

2.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.  We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to specific individuals, areas, or regions at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

1.  All orders are accepted subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.

2.  We currently accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Mobile Payment.

3.  In the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order accordingly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1.  Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2.  Astra Wren is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Delivery Charges:

Within Dhaka: BDT 80

Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

5. Returns & Exchanges

1.  Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person before accepting it.

2.  If you are satisfied with the product, please confirm and accept the delivery at that time.

3.  If you wish to return a product without any defect or fault on our part, the return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

4.  If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, no delivery charges will be applicable to the customer.

5.  Any defect or issue with the product must be identified and reported to the delivery person immediately, and the item must be returned to them on the spot. Claims raised after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.

6.  No returns or exchanges will be entertained once the delivery person has departed.

6. Intellectual Property

1.  All content, images, designs, and branding on the Astra Wren website are the exclusive property of Astra Wren.

2.  Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

1.  Astra Wren shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services.

2.  Our maximum liability for any product shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific product.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
