Welcome to Astra Wren. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Astra Wren,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Astra Wren. Astra Wren operates the website https://astrawren.com and provides clothing products and related services to customers in Bangladesh.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund & Exchange Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

Astra Wren does not impose a specific minimum age requirement for browsing or purchasing from our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required to process your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including your name, phone number, delivery address, and other order information, is accurate and up to date.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Astra Wren sells western-style clothing products sourced from suppliers.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, and other product information as accurately as possible. However, the actual color or appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, or other factors.

Product availability, descriptions, sizes, designs, and prices may change without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order through Astra Wren, you agree to purchase the selected product according to the information provided at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to contact you to confirm your order and may cancel an order if necessary due to product availability, incorrect information, operational issues, or other reasonable circumstances.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled.

Customers must request order cancellation within 1–2 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation requests made after the order has been handed over to the courier will not be accepted.

4. PAYMENT

Astra Wren currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the available payment method.

The customer agrees to pay the full order amount, including applicable delivery charges, at the time of delivery.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Astra Wren currently delivers within Bangladesh only.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–4 days

Delivery charges are:

  • Inside Dhaka: BDT 80

  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 150

  • Sub-area: BDT 120

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, traffic, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number.

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Astra Wren does not offer a general return or money-back/refund policy.

If a customer does not like a product, selects the wrong size, or wants another product, an exchange may be available, subject to the conditions below.

Product Inspection at Delivery

Customers must carefully check the product while the delivery person is present.

If the customer identifies a problem such as:

  • Product damage

  • Wrong product

  • Size issue

  • Product color significantly different from the displayed product

  • Other eligible product-related issues

the customer must immediately inform the delivery person and contact Astra Wren while the delivery person is still present.

Once the delivery person leaves, ordinary returns based on product preference, appearance, color preference, or size preference will not be accepted.

Eligible exchanges may still be considered according to Astra Wren's exchange policy and product availability.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If Astra Wren sends a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide an exchange subject to verification and product availability.

For an eligible exchange caused by a wrong, damaged, or incorrect product sent by Astra Wren, Astra Wren will bear the applicable delivery charge for sending the replacement product for the second delivery.

Size or Preference Exchange

If the customer has a size issue or does not prefer the selected product, an exchange may be available, subject to product availability and the conditions of this policy.

No cash refund or money-back refund will be provided for these circumstances.

Important Conditions

Products must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise used.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless Astra Wren determines otherwise in a specific case.

Where an eligible exchange requires a return delivery from the customer, the customer may be responsible for the applicable delivery charge.

Astra Wren reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product does not meet the applicable exchange conditions.

7. NO REFUND POLICY

Astra Wren does not provide cash refunds or money-back refunds for ordinary product dissatisfaction, size issues, or preference-based requests.

Where eligible, customers may receive an exchange instead of a refund.

8. PRODUCT ISSUES

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect size

  • A product with an eligible issue attributable to Astra Wren

please notify us immediately while the delivery person is present.

For eligible issues caused by Astra Wren, we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability, and Astra Wren will bear the applicable delivery charge for the replacement delivery.

9. PRICING

All product prices are displayed on our website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Promotional prices, discounts, and sale offers may have separate terms and conditions.

The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Delivery charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Astra Wren website, including but not limited to brand names, logos, product images, photographs, graphics, text, designs, videos, and other materials, belongs to Astra Wren or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Astra Wren name, logo, branding, designs, and related materials may not be used without our prior written authorization.
