Payment Information:

●  We deliver all across Bangladesh on a full Cash on Delivery (COD) basis β€” no advance payment required for single-item orders.

●  For orders with multiple products, a 20% advance payment is required. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery, with the advance amount deducted from the total.

Please make sure you provide the correct size before confirming your order. Astra Wren will not be responsible for any size-related issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days of confirmation, In sha Allah. In some cases, delivery may arrive even earlier, though we account for a small buffer time to manage expectations.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience, and rest assured that we will always keep you informed and take the necessary steps to resolve any delays.

At Astra Wren, every product is authentic and manufactured in our own production facility β€” which is why we can guarantee 100% product quality.

Please review the following return guidelines:

●  If an incorrect product is delivered due to an error on our part, we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

●  If the issue arises due to incorrect information provided by the customer, a full return will not be accepted. However, the customer may opt for an exchange with another product of their choice β€” delivery charges in this case will be borne by the customer.

●  Products will not be accepted for return simply due to a change of preference, without a valid reason.

●  For any return or exchange resulting from customer error, all applicable delivery charges must be covered by the customer.

●  Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. Any defects or issues must be identified and reported on the spot β€” the item should be returned directly to the delivery person at that time.

●  Once the delivery person has departed, no complaints or return requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
