SHIPPING POLICY

At Astra Wren, we currently provide delivery services within Bangladesh only. We aim to deliver every order safely and within the estimated delivery timeframe provided below.

1. DELIVERY AREA

Astra Wren currently delivers orders throughout Bangladesh.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times are:

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

Outside Dhaka: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, traffic, weather, public holidays, location, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery time may also vary depending on the availability of the ordered product and the time required to process the order.

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Our standard delivery charges are:

The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or displayed during the order process.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

After placing an order, Astra Wren may contact you by phone to confirm the order and delivery details.

Orders will be processed after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delivery delays or additional delivery requirements.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Customers should remain available at the provided delivery address and phone number during the expected delivery period.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect address, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the delivery may be delayed or returned according to the applicable courier process.

Additional delivery charges may apply where a new delivery attempt is required due to incorrect information or circumstances caused by the customer.

6. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY

Customers are strongly required to check their product carefully while the delivery person is present.

Please check:

  • Product condition

  • Product design

  • Size

  • Whether the correct product was delivered

  • Any visible damage or major issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify Astra Wren immediately while the delivery person is present.

Once the delivery person leaves, claims relating to visible damage, wrong product, color preference, or similar delivery-time issues may not be accepted as a return.

7. RETURN AND EXCHANGE RELATED TO DELIVERY

Astra Wren does not offer a general money-back or cash refund policy.

If an eligible issue is identified at the time of delivery, an exchange may be available according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Eligible issues may include:

  • Wrong product sent by Astra Wren

  • Damaged product

  • Eligible size issue

  • Other verified product-related issues

For an eligible wrong or damaged product caused by Astra Wren, we will arrange an exchange subject to product availability, and Astra Wren will bear the applicable delivery charge for sending the replacement product.

For customer-requested exchanges, such as a size change or product preference, the customer may be responsible for applicable delivery charges.

Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated by Astra Wren.

8. DELIVERY DELAYS

We work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Astra Wren is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, traffic, weather, public holidays, natural events, operational disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation within 1–2 hours after order confirmation.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer available.
